Job summary

MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLc in Ocala, FL seeks a board-certified/eligible primary care physician for a full-time outpatient role. Enjoy a value-based care model, no nights or weekends, and a predictable 8am–5pm schedule with a supportive team.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary of $240,000–$300,000 per year with a sign-on bonus, comprehensive health coverage, 401(k), generous PTO, relocation assistance, and malpractice protection.

Qualifications

• Doctorate (MD/DO) required.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Minimum 1 year of Primary Care experience.
• Active Florida Medical License or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a Medicare Advantage population.
• Manage chronic conditions with emphasis on preventative care and long-term outcomes.
• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWV) and develop personalized care plans.
• Lead a collaborative clinical team while maintaining full clinical autonomy.
