Orlando Health is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager for the Maternal Fetal Medicine service line in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on managing 4-15 physicians and 15-40 staff, ensuring high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

You will lead standards compliance, budgeting, revenue cycle, and staffing initiatives, collaborating with physician leadership and senior management to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a healthcare, business or related field or four years of directly related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for approximately 4-15 physicians and 15-40 team members.
• Assists in development and oversight of standards compliance for outpatient clinics within OHPG.
• Develops and manages annual operational and capital clinic budget with Physician Lead and Senior Manager.
• Maintains revenue cycle and other systems to maximize revenue.
• Improves efficiency and quality of practice operations in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensures appropriate access, flow and scheduling of patients.
• Coordinates long-range strategic plans for clinic operations with physician leadership.
• Hires, trains, supervises and develops practice staff per HR guidelines.
• Ensures quality metrics are met in the practice setting.
• Oversees maintenance of facilities and space planning.
