Job summary

Orlando Health's Women’s Institute seeks an operations leader to oversee outpatient clinic activities, ensuring efficient scheduling, staffing, and patient care. You will partner with physician leadership to uphold standards, manage budgets, and drive revenue integrity within the Service Line.

This role emphasizes staff development, cross-functional coordination, and adherence to regulatory requirements while supporting the mission of Orlando Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a healthcare, business or related field or four (4) years of directly related work experience may substitute for the bachelor degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4-15 physicians and 15-40 team members.
• Develop and oversee service line standards and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation mandates.
• Optimize revenue cycle and operational efficiency.
• Hire, train and develop clinic staff for strong teamwork and patient focus.
• Maintain facilities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
