Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; substitute options may apply as described.
• Five years of health care experience, including two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15-20 physicians and 40+ team members.
• Develop and oversee standards compliance for outpatient clinics within the Service Line.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates and company policies.
• Develop and manage annual operational and capital budgets; monitor variances.
• Maintain revenue cycle systems to maximize revenue.
• Lead process improvements and coordinate with leadership to enhance patient care.
