Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a clinic operations leader for the Women’s Institute and outpatient services. The role oversees physicians and clinic staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives efficiency across the service line.

Responsibilities include budget management, revenue cycle oversight, staff development, and coordinating with leadership to implement strategic plans for patient care continuity and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in healthcare or related field, or four years of directly related work experience.
• Two years of health care experience, including at least one year in a lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4–15 physicians and 15–40 team members.
• Assist in development and oversight of standards compliance for outpatient clinics within the Service Line.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation mandates and OHPG policies.
• Develop and manage annual operational and capital clinic budget with oversight of expenditures.
• Maintain revenue cycle and systems to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate long-range strategic plans for clinic operations within the service line.

Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field

4+ years of healthcare work experience (may substitute for degree)
