Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or more than 15 years’ experience in medical practice administration.
• Minimum of 2 years medical practice experience including three years of experience in the administration of a medical clinic.
• Experience in development and oversight of ancillary services.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, growth, marketing, administration and performance of clinic activities.
• Oversee staff, operations and patient care processes to meet objectives.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and workflows across departments.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to align with the health system’s mission.
