Qualifications

• Active Colorado State License as Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Must have a current Colorado PTA license before first day of hire.
• TB test clearance; AZ requirement noted.

Responsibilities

• Communicate patient progress, problems and plans to the Physical Therapist.
• Participate in patient plan of care meetings with the Physical Therapist.
• Record treatment notes in a timely manner per policy and procedures.
• Participate in discharge planning under supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Recommend equipment as needed to the Physical Therapist.
• Accept other duties assigned.
• Progress and regress patients as needed with clinical judgment.
• Incorporate technology into daily practice as deemed by the Company.
