Silver Creek Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team in a collaborative setting. The role involves executing therapeutic plans, patient education, and progress documentation under PT supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a PTA.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities under the supervising PT.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Apply manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and education.
• Document patient progress in Raintree and report changes to the PT.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management, and care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety.
