Qualifications

• DPT required from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations of physical conditions, mobility, and function.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in the EMR system (Raintree).
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on outcomes and feedback.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices in PT.
