Job summary

Atlantic Health System in New Providence, NJ is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The schedule includes 7am-2pm Tue/Thu, 10am-7pm Mon/Wed, and 7am-3pm on Fridays, with a focus on patient-centered care and collaborative practice.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, coordinate with physicians and case managers, and educate patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• New Jersey license to practice physical therapy is required.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist certification is required/preferred.
• 2-5 years of PT experience with lymphedema and oncology exposure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families for understanding and continuity of care.
• Adapt care plans for various appointment types and needs.
