Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (Outpatient) to join our Therapy Services team. You will perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver therapeutic interventions to adults and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

We offer a $25K sign-on bonus and a $4K relocation bonus for eligible new hires, with encouragement for new grads. This role provides growth opportunities in a supportive, not-for-profit community hospital

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA approved four year bachelor’s degree program, or foreign equivalent.
• Current PT License through the AZ Board of Physical Therapy
• BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Recent experience working with an adult and geriatric population

Responsibilities

• Conduct a Physical Therapy evaluation or screen.
• Develop an individualized Plan of Care with functional goals.
• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Evaluate patient response to treatment and modify plan as necessary
• Document the course of patient care including progress made and the continuing need for treatment.
• Provide patient and/or family education to help achieve goals.
• Communicates and demonstrates a professional image for patients, families, clients, coworkers, and others.
• Adhere to policies, rules, and regulations from KHI, Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy, and Medicare.
