Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team. You will provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions in an interdisciplinary setting, with travel to patients’ homes and supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants.

Qualifications

• Graduate with Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current PT License through AZ Board of Physical Therapy.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to patient homes.
• BLS through American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card within 20 days of hire.
• Recent experience with adult and geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Provides a full range of Physical Therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Provides patient and/or family education to help achieve goals.
• Documents course of patient care including progress and continuing need for treatment.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings ensuring patient continuity of care.
