Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Inpatient) to deliver comprehensive OT services within an interdisciplinary Therapy Services team, across adult and geriatric populations. The role emphasizes assessment, treatment planning, hands-on interventions, patient and family education, and adherence to professional standards, with a focus on safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• OT program graduate
• AZ Board of Occupational Therapy licensure
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Recent experience with adult/geriatric populations

Responsibilities

• Conduct an Occupational Therapy evaluation or screen
• Develop an individualized Plan of Care with functional goals
• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions
• Evaluate patient response and modify plan as necessary
• Document patient care progress and continue need for treatment
• Educate patients and families to help achieve goals
• Adhere to KHI, AZ State Board of OT, and Medicare policies
