Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is hiring an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our Therapy Services team in Kingman, AZ. You will perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions for adult and geriatric patients, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The role emphasizes patient education, documentation accuracy, and participation in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA approved four year bachelor’s degree program.
• Current PT License through the AZ Board of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a Physical Therapy evaluation or screen.
• Develop an individualized Plan of Care with functional goals.
• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Evaluate patient response to treatment and modify plan as necessary.
• Document the course of patient care including progress and ongoing need for treatment.
• Educate patients and families to support goals and maintain a professional image.
• Adhere to policies and regulations from KHI/Arizona Board of Physical Therapy/Medicare.
• Assist with orientation of new staff as requested.
• Participate in continuing education and staff meetings.
