Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Inpatient) to provide comprehensive OT services within an interdisciplinary Therapy Services team.

You will evaluate, plan, implement and document therapeutic interventions, monitor patient progress, and support patient-family education while upholding standards of care.

New hires may qualify for a $25K sign-on bonus and a $4K relocation bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program.
• Current AZ Board of Occupational Therapy license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Recent experience with adult and geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an Occupational Therapy evaluation or screen.
• Develop an individualized Plan of Care with functional goals.
• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Evaluate patient response to treatment and modify plan as necessary.
• Document the course of patient care including progress made and the continuing need for treatment.

Education

Occupational Therapy degree

AZ Board of Occupational Therapy licensure

BLS certification

Experience with adult/geriatric populations
