Qualifications

• Licensed PT with IDFPR licensure; BLS within 30 days (AHA).
• Bachelor's Degree: Physical Therapy (Required).
• Outpatient orthopedic experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient transfers with assistance as needed while maintaining safe body mechanics.
• Demonstrates empathy and respect for patients and staff.
• Designs an appropriate plan of care with goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge plan.
• Adjusts care based on patient response and evidence.
• Educates patients, families, caregivers, students, and other health care providers using effective methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine PT diagnoses and outcomes.
