Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in physical therapy or equivalent (pre-2016 if Bachelor’s/Master’s).
• Current Physical Therapist license in Indiana.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA; advanced life support may be required per unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability following disease or injury.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants, support personnel and students; participates in related activities to support patient care and department operations.
