St. Luke's University Health Network in Lehigh County, PA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in outpatient settings.

You will design individualized treatment plans, use evidence-based techniques, and educate patients and families to promote recovery and wellness. The role emphasizes collaboration with other clinicians, supervision of PTAs and students, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• Doctoral Degree, Masters or Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in PA or NJ.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year outpatient PT experience.
• Ability to sit/stand as required and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations to identify functional deficits and develop a treatment plan.
• Provide tailored interventions using appropriate techniques and modalities.
• Collaborate with patients to set short- and long-term goals.
• Educate patients and families on prognosis and care options.
