Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

• BLS from American Heart Association upon hire
• Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (preferred)

• Provides direct patient care and collaborates with PT/PTA staff.
• Maintains patient plans of care with timely communication.
• Completes accurate EMR documentation and daily progress notes.
