Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, Illinois licensure, and BLS. An advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Selects and administers physical therapy evaluations appropriately.
• Inpatient rehabilitation duties.
• Develops and implements collaborative treatment plans.
• Provides patient, family and caregiver education.
• Participates in discharge planning with the team.
• Documents patient care per departmental standards.
