Qualifications

• Certification: BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience: Recent experience with adult and geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform Physical Therapy evaluation or screen and develop an individualized Plan of Care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with KHI, AZ State Board of Physical Therapy, and Medicare requirements.
• Participate in continuing education and staff development.
