Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Deliver PT interventions across diverse diagnoses and patient populations.
• Complete clinical documentation using EMR.
• Educate patients and families on goals and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers for coordinated care.
• Mentor PTs and PT students to support development.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education.
