Qualifications

• Current, valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Complete all clinical documentation using the clinic's EMR system.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, goals, home programs, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers for coordinated care.
• Mentor fellow PTs and students to support clinical development.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards in patient interactions.
• Participate in team meetings, CE, and clinic initiatives for growth.
