Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions across a variety of diagnoses and patient populations
• Accurately and efficiently complete all clinical documentation using the clinic's EMR system
• Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, high‑quality patient care
• Mentor fellow physical therapists and PT students to support their clinical development
• Uphold the highest standards of professional and ethical practice in all patient interactions
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic initiatives to support ongoing growth

This is a part‑time position requiring 8 to 31 hours per week. Clinic operating hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and individual schedules are assigned within that window. We understand that scheduling flexibility is important — start and end times may be adjusted to meet individual needs, as agreed upon with management.
