Daylight Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Missouri. You will evaluate and treat a diverse patient population, develop individualized care plans, and lead and mentor our clinical team.

Responsabilités

Daylight Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse patient population, develop individualized care plans, and serve as a leader and mentor within our clinical team. Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions across a variety of diagnoses and patient populations
• Accurately and efficiently complete all clinical documentation using the clinic's EMR system
• Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Mentor fellow physical therapists and PT students to support their clinical development
• Uphold the highest standards of professional and ethical practice in all patient interactions
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic initiatives to support ongoing growth

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Clinic operating hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and individual schedules are assigned within that window. We understand that scheduling flexibility is important — start and end times may be adjusted to meet individual needs, as agreed upon with management.

What we're looking for

• Current, valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
• All experience levels are welcome — new graduates and seasoned clinicians are encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and clinical team members
• Ability to manage a structured patient caseload efficiently and with clinical excellence
• Experience with EMR/documentation software preferred; willingness to learn required
