Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure.
• CPR certification (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)

• Implements high-quality PT services for patients with minimal supervision.
• Develops treatment plans, supervises staff, and contributes to case management.
• Maintains positive interactions with facilities and clients.
• Expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
