Job summary

ARC Physical Therapy+ in Missouri is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led clinics serving communities for 20 years. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide direct care under established protocols while mentoring by PT leaders in the clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current MO license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine needed PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Manage patient care executed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Develop goals and a comprehensive plan of care.
• Implement PT treatment programs and essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation (daily notes, reports, evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports).
