Position Summary

• Provides patient care through evaluation/re-evaluation, treatment, communication, and documentation.
• Participates in departmental, team, and organizational quality improvement activities.
• Delegates appropriate tasks to assistants and technicians, supervising their work.
• Responsible for education of self, peers, patients, students, and community members; assists with new employee orientation.
• Assists with or performs special projects and research.

Minimum Requirements

• College Degree (4 years) in Physical Therapy
• Ten or more years of licensure
• Registration or Certification with the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy
