Job Summary:
The Providence Center Clinical Therapist ICT Prairie Avenue Team will provide outpatient psychotherapy either at The Providence Center or in the community. Perform initial screening, intake and assessment, orientation, crisis intervention, counseling, screening, case management, client education, referral, treatment planning, and consultation for clients in the program.
