• Adheres to hospital standards and policies; promotes cooperative work environment through communication, teamwork and policy adherence.
• Provides patient care assessments and treatments with sound professional judgment and goal setting.
• Maintains accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes and discharge notes; ensures proper ICD-10 coding.
