Advocate Health is seeking a full-time outpatient physical therapist in Lexington, NC, to provide high-quality patient care from Monday to Friday with occasional weekend/holiday rotations. You may float to Salisbury or North Davidson clinics as needed, ensuring assessments, treatments, and documentation meet Standards of Practice.

Requirements include a degree from an accredited PT school, state licensure, and CPR-BLS Level C certification.

Formación

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state.
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to hospital policies and promotes a cooperative work environment through communication and teamwork.
• Provides patient care assessment and treatment with comprehensive evaluations and realistic goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes, education, charges and ICD-10 codes.

Educación
