Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a licensed physical therapist for an outpatient-focused role in North Carolina. The position requires a PT degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS Level C certification.

You will provide comprehensive patient evaluations, design and adjust treatment plans, and document care in a timely manner. The role is full-time with Monday–Friday outpatient duties and potential cross-training to inpatient settings, including weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from accredited program
• Current licensure in applicable state
• CPR certification (BLS Level C)

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment per Standard of Practice and sound clinical judgment.
• Develops and implements treatment plans with measurable goals and revises as needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation: evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes, and CPT/ICD coding where applicable.
