Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapists for our western suburban sites in Illinois. The role supports 45-minute one-on-one patient care and offers mentorship for new grads, with opportunities across multiple facilities including Elmhurst, Hinsdale, Addison, and Plainfield.

Qualifications

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing

$43.38 - $67.24 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

We offer specialties in hand, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, pediatrics, and lymphedema.

What you will do:

What you will need:

• License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
• Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association
• Certification: CPR certification required
• For Physical Therapist II level - minimum of 2 years work experience required
• For Physical Therapist I level - open to 0 to 2 years' experience
