Qualifications

• Licensed or license‑eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland
• Passion for delivering excellent patient‑centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence‑based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals
• Deliver hands‑on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide who assists with patient care and treatment flow
• Manage a typical schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour, with evaluations generally scheduled for 60 minutes
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT
• Participate in clinical discussions, continuing education, and professional development
