I8IS - Infiniti Software Solutions is seeking a dedicated, full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. This position focuses on orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation within a collaborative team.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop evidence-based plans, manage about 50 visits per week, utilize EMR and AI-powered documentation tools, and coordinate care with providers. A CAPTE-accredited degree and Oklahoma licensure are required.

Qualificações

• CAPTE-accredited PT degree required.
• Active OK PT license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Outpatient setting experience encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with outpatient PT needs.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Manage a caseload of ~50 visits per week.
• Utilize EMR for clinical documentation and workflows.

• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, manual therapy, and education.
