Job summary

Direct Recruit Agency is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent role in Ada, Oklahoma. The PT will assess patients, design individualized plans, and implement therapies to restore function and reduce pain.

Requirements include Oklahoma PT licensure and 2+ years of clinical experience. BLS is required or obtainable within 30 days. Competitive salary ranges offered with year‑end bonuses and a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Must have a Physical Therapist License in the state of Oklahoma.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of techniques and exercises to help patients improve their physical function and manage pain.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the provision of care.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities
