Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately using an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 patient visits per week with AI-powered support.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery strategies, and home exercises.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to support a learning, team-oriented environment.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical documentation.
