The clinician will treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, gait/balance, and sports-related conditions, with opportunities to pursue specialized interests in orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, vestibular therapy, concussion care, and development of clinical

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Oklahoma licensure.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, evidence-based treatment for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Perform patient evaluations and establish appropriate plans of care.
• Track patient progress and modify interventions to support recovery and functional improvement.
• Maintain accurate patient records using an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Manage approximately 50 patient visits per week, with AI-powered documentation tools available to improve efficiency.
• Educate patients on rehabilitation goals, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues to promote quality care and positive patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuing education, peer learning, and clinical development opportunities.
