I-M Here is a Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient position in Moore, Oklahoma. This role focuses on hands-on patient care, improving functional outcomes, and developing clinical skills within a collaborative outpatient team.

The selected clinician will treat orthopedic, neurological, pre-/post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions, with potential focus areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, vestibular therapy, and concussion care.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy program.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Oklahoma licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 patient visits per week, with access to AI-powered tools designed to streamline documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on rehabilitation goals, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in clinical learning, mentorship, and continuing education opportunities.
• Follow applicable clinical guidelines, professional standards, and documentation requirements.
