Job summary

Northwestern Medicine in Oak Brook, IL seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in‑house registry team at the Outpatient Oakbrook Rehab Clinic. This hourly role requires a minimum commitment of 16 hours per month, with clinic hours Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.

You will deliver direct patient care, participate in teaching, and contribute to committees and process improvements while modeling NM values of teamwork, patient first, integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Illinois required.
• BLS from American Heart Association upon hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in outpatient setting.
• Teaching and participation on committees and departmental processes.
• Role model for therapists and interns in professional, clinical, and leadership activities.
• Maintain patient plans of care with collaboration with PT/PTA team.
• Complete documentation in EMR and maintain productivity standards.
