Job summary

Northwestern Medicine seeks a dedicated physical therapist to join our in-house registry team at the Outpatient Oakbrook Rehab Clinic. This hourly position requires a minimum commitment of 16 hours per month and offers outpatient-focused care with a flexible schedule aligned to clinic hours.

You will provide high-quality care, participate in committees, and contribute to process improvements while upholding our values of teamwork, excellence, and patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois is required.
• BLS from American Heart Association is required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates NM values of teamwork, patients first, integrity, and excellence.
• Provides direct patient care and participates in committees and process improvement.
• Maintains patient plans of care with collaboration with PT/ PTA(s).
• Completes daily notes documenting patient progress and status for discharge needs.
• Works with healthcare teams to develop professional relationships and support department goals.
