Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is looking for a dedicated physical therapist to join our in-house registry team at the Outpatient Evanston Physical Therapy Clinic. This hourly position requires a minimum commitment of 16 hours per month and strong outpatient experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, effective communication, and professionalism, supporting patient care and departmental processes while adhering to the Code of Ethics. A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and state license are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
• BLS from American Heart Association upon hire.
• Strong outpatient experience and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care at Outpatient Evanston Physical Therapy Clinic.
• Participate in committees and departmental process improvement.
• Maintain responsibility over patient plan of care.
