Job summary

NPAworldwide in Montour Falls, NY seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a premier health organization in the Finger Lakes region. This full-time, day-shift outpatient role offers diverse patient care in Cayuga, NY area.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and improve quality of life. BLS within 90 days of hire is required.

Qualifications

• Outpatient PT experience preferred.
• State licensure or eligibility required.
• DPT or equivalent degree required.
• BLS certificate within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapies including exercises, manual therapy, modalities.
• Educate patients on exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Document plans and progress notes per policy.
• Provide patient education to empower self-management.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized clinic environment.
