Qualifikationen
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
- Must hold or be eligible for NY Physical Therapist license.
- DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently and up to 150 pounds with assistance.
Aufgaben
- Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic treatments and patient education.
- Educate patients on exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
