This full-time role requires an accredited PTA program, Michigan licensure, and BLS certifications. You will work daytime hours, 36 hours weekly, at the Newaygo Rehab site, contributing to a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Michigan upon hire.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association within 90 days.
• BLS certification from American Red Cross within 90 days.
• Valid Michigan driver's license for home care roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation therapy procedures under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist.
• Assist with patient and caregiver education.

Education
