Corewell Health is seeking a Physical Therapist at the Tamarac Wellness Center in Fremont, MI. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's preferred) and MI state licensure. BLS certification within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program (Required).
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred
• Licensure as Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan Upon Hire
• Driver's License for Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA or ARC) within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
• Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
