Corewell Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a part-time on-site role in Michigan. You will evaluate patients, design and implement therapy plans, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with the care team to restore maximal function.

Documentation and compliance with standards are essential. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, a preferred Master's degree, and Michigan licensure expected on hire, with CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Preferred Master's Degree.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Licensure as Physical Therapist in Michigan required on hire.
• Michigan Driver's License required on hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates disability level and plans treatment to restore maximal function.
• Provides therapy and education to support patient recovery and adapt equipment as needed.
• Documents evaluations and treatments per department standards and reimbursement rules.
• Instructs and mentors rehab staff and other clinicians on patient needs and rehab services.
• Participates in process improvement and program development activities.
• Maintains productivity according to department standards and pursues ongoing education.
