This role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, BLS CPR certification, and strong communication skills to coordinate with patients, families, and the care team. The position is full-time with day shifts in a hospital-affiliated rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy and PT license eligibility.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Experience as a clinical instructor is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized PT treatment plans with goals and frequency.
• Supervise PT assistants and rehabilitation aides according to regulations.
• Maintain productivity standards and time management per department guidelines.
• Accurately document patient progress in the EMR system.
