Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy in Castle Rock, CO is hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a 12-week contract to maintain an established pediatric caseload. This in-person role supports children’s growth with weekday hours, 8:00am–6:00pm, and no weekend work.

You’ll evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, address gross motor development, and educate families while collaborating with fellow clinicians to ensure coordinated, family-centered care and timely progress

• Provide treatment addressing gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and gait.
• Maintain continuity of care by reviewing existing plans and adjusting treatment as clinically appropriate.
• Educate parents and caregivers on strategies and home activities that support progress between visits.
• Collaborate with other treating providers to support coordinated, family-centered care.
• Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge documentation accurately and on time.

• Shift: Full-Time OR Part-Time availability
• Contract Duration: Up to 12-week leave coverage - flexible
• Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm; no weekends
• Setting: In-person, pediatric outpatient clinic

About the Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for our Castle Rock clinic location. This temporary opportunity focuses on maintaining continuity of care for an established pediatric caseload. You’ll help children build strength, mobility, balance, and independence while partnering with families and fellow clinicians to support meaningful progress.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and functional goals.

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree

• Active Colorado (DORA) Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to lift, transfer, and position pediatric patients safely
