AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The role emphasizes clinical knowledge, evidence-based practice, patient safety, and professional development.

You will evaluate and treat patients, document outcomes, educate patients and caregivers, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Doctorate in Physical Therapy and BLS + PT licensure are required; daytime schedule; full-time position.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required or preferred.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• PT license or PT-Temp license required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Maintain clinical knowledge and evidence-based practices.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Document accurately and timely using EMR systems.
• Evaluate and re-evaluate patients; establish and adjust treatment plans; educate patients and caregivers.
• Oversee assistants and maintain productivity standards; participate in quality initiatives.
